Wanted: rectifier regulator in NSW

I've suffered a breakdown mid road trip, identified that the issue is the rectifier.

Naturally it's Christmas so none of the wreckers are taking phone calls.

Anybody have a rectifier that they can spare? The bike is in uralla, but I've been dinked to Canberra, so I can travel to get the part.

I am in Melbourne and unfortunately don't have a spare for you. I don't remember the details but other units are compatible with the GS. IIRC there is a Kawasaki one that goes straight on.

All good. Places are open now. Picked up the right part at Joe's motorcycle in Canberra for $80.
