Naked headlight bracket advice sought

Hi to all, I am in the process of changing my 'F' into a naked version and was wondering if these headlight brackets would fit around my forks ( and accommodate the OEM indicators as well with those varying size holes ). I used some of these on turd of turds recently and they seemed to be all right.  I don't think I'd use them myself but that's what this bike's owner brought me to install.  The metal was soft and bendy.  I tightened them up as much as I could.

The GS's forks have an outside diameter of 37mm so they should fit.

When I was doing searching and reading about headlight swaps last year, I believe I found a few threads where people used the brackets you're asking about.

What headlight are you thinking about using?

Awesome! I was hoping you weren't gonna re-use the F style headlight (I'm really not a fan of the look and it doesn't have the right shape to sit under the gauges like it should IMO... plus clearance issues with the front fender etc....)

That light you're looking at even uses an H4 bulb like the GS uses stock. I like it

Those headlight ears are absolute trash. They rust for nothing and - grrr they look like garbage before they rust. Get these cast aluminum ones, atleast they don't rust and - well look a lot less crappie. But they would push the envelope in the $$$$ department tipping the scales @ nearly 2X these.
