Hello
I'll start off by saying that I'm not very mechanically inclined, which is why I come to you guys for help! :D

1) I should replace these, right?

2) What are these two connectors for? The left most one is for the taillight, but these two didn't go to anywhere, so maybe I can remove them??

3) Where does this hose go? I forgot to mark it when unplugging everything

4) Is there a way to dismantle the cage, or do I get a new one when I buy a new airfilter?

5) Is this a leak, or has it just built up crud??

6) This doesn't look good. Is this a gasket leak?

Many thanks in advance,
William

not sure what they are. can't tell from the pic. what year?

What value is there in removing them? One has a jumper wire on it, certainly for a reason (maybe side stand bypass? who knows).

Is that the overflow hose? if so it goes nowhere. Or more specifically, it routes to somewhere safe to dump fuel in case of an overflow, usually under the airbox out the back near the lower shock mount.

It's integral to the air filter. A new air filter will have one, if it is intended to have one. It's not user-serviceable, you discard it with the old filter.

5) Is this a leak, or has it just built up crud??

No clue. Probably both.

Yeah. Probably the cam cover gasket, or the timing chain cover is not tight or otherwise leaking. Mine does that too. I ignore it because it's too much work for too little improvement. Far from the worst oil leak on my bike.

Good luck.

if the GS isn't leaking oil. than you're out of oil....

One of those tubes looks like it's the large drain tube that comes out of the bottom of the airbox and routes to the right hand side of the bike with the other drain hoses.

You can get rid of all the plumbing on the carbs as well as the solenoid on the bottom (marked in green) all this crap is just to let air into the top of the carbs via the white valves which does nothing good. You can connect the white valves as per the photo which is easier than blocking them off separately but is the same thing; in theory you can leave them open as the default position is that the valves are closed and will remain closed as they need engine vacuum to open. But it's best to block them off in case they are not functioning properly same with he T piece between them which is where the air comes in but once the solenoid is gone the white plastic valves won't open and no air will come in so it really doesn't matter if you take off that bit of tubing with the foam filter at the end but I've blocked it off with a bit of rubber glove again incase the valves break. The bit of tube with the copper wire is going to the petcock that operates with engine vacuum, but if you put on a manual petcock you can take that off too. The copper wire is because I used the T section to take the tube size down. Make sure the little rubber plug on the right hand side carb is in good condition or you'll get a vacuum leak.

C'mon, it's a Suzuki, not a Harley.

Can't tell what #1 is but cracked hoses are cracked hoses.  Replace.
#3 is an overflow hose, it goes to earth, take mr72s advice here.

Mr72 nailed everything else.

Nooooo, #3 goes to petcock, behind it, the top one is overflow, atleast on my gs (1992). Just a hr ago took carbs apart

That is the top one we're looking at.

In the orientation of the picture the left is the carb top (caps), the right is the carb bottom (bowls), so the hose in question is the overflow, the hose running down the table is the fuel inlet.

That's right Watcher.

Reverse that and all of your fuel will run straight to the ground. Gravity and all that :)
