Thats not too bad at all! How many square feet is that bad ass? Looks huge, like 700, or something, which would be pretty good for a workshop.

Naw, its 16'x24' externally so about 380 sq ft. But its bigger than what I was going to add to the building by myself.

When the contractor is finished building it, I'm going to subdivide it into three rooms (clean, paint, & dirty) for my assembly line and connect it to the existing shop where than XS is right now.

what do you do james? i know you make the fairing for the GS but is that all you do?

Yup this is specificlly to have room to do bodywork in.
