What is the Notification function for?

I've enabled Notify on certain threads that I'm interested in, but don't receive any notifications by email. What am I missing?

do you use tapatalk? if so, have you enabled notifications from the app? If the gsboard, theres notification settings too to enable

SK Racing

No,I don't use tapatalk. I have set up notifications on the GSBoard and was hoping to receive an email to alert me of new replies to my posts, like other forums do. Maybe GSTwins doesn't have that feature? But what does Notifications do then?

Check your spam/junk mail folder.  I had the same problem before. I used the Gmail app and found that it was sending them straight to the spam folder.

Thanks mikeg, that was my problem too. I'm also using Gmail and get the mails downloaded to Outlook, but never thought of checking the Spam folder in Chrome. duh...

All good now.  :thumb:
