Differences between versions of GS500e early late, GS500F Engine carbs. choke?

looking to put together a frankin Bike using a GS500e 1993. and a GS500F 2006.
I noticed a Oil cooler on later models, when did that start?
What changes have been made to the carbs over the years? Jetting changes?
And the choke cable seems shorter on late modes compared to the 1990s.
Is there any posts that show differences and compatibility issues.
