Adjustable carbs in UK/Europe?

I couldn't find any recent threads so I'll just ask, has anyone ever managed to source the UK/Euro carbs with the adjustable needle etc.

I think the only major differences are the adjustable jet needle, and adjustable pilot screw.

I wonder if you can just order the needles(?)

Note that the "U" restricted bikes had 135 mains, compared to the standard 130's???

Looks like CMS only has parts for US spec F's...maybe I can cross reference to an earlier E model with the same carbs.
