I've noticed that my bike is bogging down when opening the throttle past half way, when not fully opening it seems fine, the bike has just passed 100k kms and the carbs have never been rebuilt. In the past 2 months I had running issues twice where the bike was flooding so I figure cleaning the carbs would be a good place to start to diagnose this new issue.
Is this the kit I need or would you suggest a different one? The bike is gs500 2004

yup, that will probably and most likely solve the flooding issue, mainly because new o rings, also after changing the needle check the bowl fuel level, maybe thats the issue for the bogging too, high fuel level. Give the carbs a good clean and sync em ;)

Yes, that is the correct kit for your model. I bought the same kit for my 2004.
