96 Gs500e winter rebuild

Hey guys and gals, looking to do a winter rebuild and maybe replace some parts on the bike, it has been stripped down already as wiring loom has been messed with  already bought one off eBay but they mess up with the one they sent , will be looking for guidance too as this will be a self taught rebuild
