Barkbuster Storm hand guards - Which ones exactly?

I recently bought a set of Barkbuster Storm hand guards for my 2005 GS500F. The single point clamp mount model.
That was a mistake as I had to install the clamp between the brake/clutch & grip.  The left side also interfered with both choke and clutch cables.  I should have tried the bar-end mount instead.

I see that several people here have installed the Storms.  Could you let me know exactly which ones you bought?  Did you buy the single point bar-end kit? Or a universal two-point mount and separate plastics?

Also I'm not sure what bar-ends I need.  Hollow or threaded?  6mm or 8mm?

Lots of basic questions but I'm hoping someone can save me from more trial & error.  Any advice is much appreciated!
