unkown part fell out from my carbs please help :D

So I was cleaning my carbs and while I was opening the bottom part this little guy fell out. I have never seen this before and I opened my carbs at least 20 times before. seemingly its not even part of the carbs but how else would it be in there? fyi: on the air filter side there are 4 similar airjets(?) they are intact and sitting in their place

Sorry, it does not ring a bell for me. Last time I was in my carbs was abouti years ago though. It's certainly a jet of some kind.
What year is your bike / carbs?

The bike is from 1997.
So the jets that are similar are on the air filter side. I have 3 set of carb maybe I just dropped one of the parts somehow on my desk? lol
