Cannot accelerate with bike

My 2004 GS500F will not start without spraying some starter spray. Once the bike does start, I cannot give it any acceleration/gas. If I do it dies almost instantly.  :technical:

The Bike does have gas, I checked the spark plugs, and cleaned the jets.

I noticed that one of the float bowls had fuel in it, whereas the other did not. I speculate that the other part of the carb is not getting fuel and is causing this.   :dunno_black:

Any suggestions on what the issue could be?

Its evident the carbs are not in shape, clean the carbs throughly, inspect them, replace parts if needed and check them before putting them on the bike again hoping to start.
for the gas supply line you can blow with your mouth and check the floats are moving the slide valves blocking fuel.
it could run but with multiple problems so you have to do a clean job.
