Hey everyone,

I've noticed a leak coming from the front preload adjuster on my 1993 Suzuki GS500E, and I'm not quite sure what it could be. At first, I thought it might be grease from the bearing, but I'm not entirely sure if that's the case or if it's something else.

I haven't made any recent adjustments to the preload.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

the oil shouldnt get there(so high) unless it is overfilled. i would clean it and keep an eye on it

Maybe the bike has fallen before and it leaked a bit. I imagine that the adjuster comes with grease .the oil is in the bottom of the stanchions.
Dont bother with it. If you want to bother change the oil.
