2008 Gs500 won’t rev after rebuilding

I purchased a 2008 GS500F that's been sitting a while. It's in decent shape with only 6400kms on the clock. Bought the bike not starting.  The carbs were pretty crummy from sitting with old gas.

I cleaned up the carbs and did a full rebuild with a All-balls rebuild kit. Now the bike starts and idles perfectly but it won't rev off idle. If you keep the throttle held it will just die.

Here are some things I've done
•Carb clean/rebuild(including fuel screw orings) set mix stew to 2-1/2 turns.

•new carb boot o-rings
•new spark plugs
•carb sync (with dial type set)
•Checked valve clearance(just in case)
•double and triple checked for vacuum leaks
•new exhaust gaskets at manifold
•checked float height with ruler and tubing (spot on)
•new plugs are golden doesn't seem rich or lean.
•compression on both cylinders is at exactly 150psi

I've tried to lean/richen the mixture screw and it runs worse either which way I turn it other than 2-1/2 turns out

After me revving it and it shutting off I checked the plugs and they had gas on them. But at idle plugs are clean.
Not sure how to cure this.

I didn't mess with the jet needle at all I kept the original emulsion tubes and needle in there.

I'm at a loss  any advice would be appreciated thanks in advance.

Check the carbs, be sure you did not mismatch the mid-main and main jets.

Thanks Chris900f

I was thinking there's no way possible I did that but it seems like the only possible solution I'm gonna haul them off the bike today and have a look. I really appreciate the advice.
