Cannot figure out my bike

So I just bought this bike 2 weeks ago. 2005 Suzuki gs500f with 7000 miles. I sat and sat in the guys garage, bad gas etc. I've torn out the carbs and cleaned them, cleaned the jets, and the top end of the carbs, all clear and clean, replaced the spark plugs with DPR8EA 9 plugs from Autozone because the right cylinder wasn't firing. Adjusted the floats, The Air/Fuel screws are both turned out to 3. It is revving a little slow and stumbling through 4-6500 rpm's and then will shoot up to redline after 7k. I have a video but I don't think I can upload it here. I'm lost, and am looking for help here before I either send it through a shop or relist on marketplace.

Thinking Coil pack because the right side isn't getting a spark. Any other ideas?

Yeah, for some reason the boot that merges the carb with the intake had a missing screw. I don't know how I missed that when I had it apart and inspecting it.
Where it sits now,I believe I have the 2nd plug getting power now as both sides stayed pretty equal in temperature as it warmed up.
All I've done so far was adjust my floats in relation to a YouTube how to video, set my air/fuel screws to 3 turns out, all after clearing and cleaning my carb/jets.
After warm up, it will respond pretty good. However, it stumbles in between 5-6k rpms going from 5 - 5500 - 5 - 5500 - 6k and then will shoot the rest of the way up to redline after the stumble.
That is my best explanation of my issue currently.
All of my fuel lines are good and clamped.
Air lines are good.
Tank is cleaned out.

That stumble between 5-6K is a common problem, I mitigated it slightly by messing about with washers under the needle circlips but it never completely disappeared. Only solution if you're in a hurry is to keep the revs over 6k  (ride it like you stole it!)

We're back to no spark in the right cylinder, I'm not selling since it seems like an electronic fix. Still thinking coil pack, is there any way to check that coil pack or are there other things I should check that would cause no spark on the right side?
