Triple clamp mount

Hi

Does anyone know if the USA triple clamp bar mount for a gs500e will fit the english version of the bike 1999reg, my bike currently has the clip-on style bars which i think look ugly, so i want to take them off and fit a triple clamp mount and fit renthal bars, i can't find any triple clamps in the uk so am thinking of ordering from the states......

my main concern is wether the bolt holes line up with the UK yokes..

any info appreciated.....

Euro clipon's are high risers... not the 89 style. They are a good 4 inches higher. Just as bad as the tubular ones... <Begin shameless plug> but with tubular bars you can fit mine for a better position... <End shameless plug>

Would swap but my bars have a slight bend in them, bike fell over in middle of night..
