I tried to 10 minutes to figure out how to get the clutch lever off, but couldn't get it.   I took the bolt out, and loosened the cable.  But it feels like it still attached to something in there.   Any trick to it?

Thanks,
-Ryan

Go about 40 and lay it down on the left side...heheheh...just kidding.  Never had to take mine off, but look alot like my nighthawk (which I did lay down left in some gravel), and it came right off.  If it was damaged, it maybe jammed or wedged...

Did you disconnect the cable all the way?  I think there is a switch on the underside that needs to be taken off also.

Yep, finally got it figured out.  I had to disconnect and remove the clutch switch.  Then I got it put back together and it wouldn't start, so I took it apart and put it back together again.  Works great now.

I wasn't as patient as you.  I pulled the lever out and broke the switch.   :x   Anyways, I just shorted the clutch switch instead of replacing it.  It was always an annoying feature to me anyways.

ASLAM.
