Word of warning on the Giali pants.  A buddy of mine got a pair but was not happy with them.  He too was impressed by the description but the reality didn't live up apparently.  He said the kevlar lining wasn't well secured to the denim, and that the armor wasn't either.  I believe he's since bought a pair of Draggin Jeans.
