I have a Pingle I bought second hand from a member of the board and it works great.  I don't have a part number but call up or email Pingel and they are more than happy to help you out.  I recommend Pingel to anyone...after buying the petcock I needed a gasket to keep it from leaking.  I emailed Pingel and got a response in a day advising me to send my mailing address and they would ship one out to me...free of charge.  They actually sent 2 in case I screwed one up (or have to take the tank apart again.
