replacing fork seal

how do i replace fork seal? is it hard? what are the necessary parts and tools?

The replies included a couple good links to existing threads on the topic.  Also, a detailed blow-by-blow from Bob Broussard that I'm sure took a good bit of time and effort to type up.  (Much more time and effort than it took me to find it by searching with the phrase "fork seal tools".)
