They seem to fit great. Well, except I didn't mount the controls because I wanted to drill a hole for them but I don't have a drill within 4 hours of me. Also, these were proto-types only! Check them out. I really like the position of them.  I wasn't sure on where to position them so I just placed where I thought they were comfortable and looked right.  The left grip seems to get closer to the tank than the right, but does not hit.   I tried it with the grip on also, just forgot to snap the pic.  

BTW: It took me less than an hour to install them and I have never even worked on a gs till yesterday.

nice job.  i'm going to be installing my bars as soon as i get some parts in (i'm doing some front brake work at the same time).
