Need help with aftermarket exhaust!

Hey guys, got a question for you.  Im looking into aftermarket exhaust and what i am looking at is the vance and hines full system on bikebandit.com.  they have it for $263.  My problem is i have a skidmarx belly pan on my bike that i just got and am not ready to modify?  will the vance and hines full system require me to modify my belly pan?? if so, can any of you reccomend a nice inexpensive slip on?  thanks
