How would I find out if my bike has alloy linkage for the rear suspension?

look.  :dunno:

the peice that the bottom of the rear shock attaches to is either black stamped metal or cast aluminum-pretty easy to tell them apart. 1989 and possibly 1990 (?) were only years that came with them standard.
