Idle air screw location?

I was following the listed instructions for rejetting but can't seem to find it.  Can someone please let me know where it is?

Maybe this will help.  The "Air/Fuel Mixture Screws" are under the brass caps in the picture.  You have to (carefully) drill the caps out to access the screws.
