Need opinion...NEW COLOR SCHEME!!

I want to paint my tank and fender...what cool color schemes do you guys have in mind...

anything in the shades of blue/black/white is good...

I'm partial to silver and dark green, really dark.

Metallic blue metal flake, fender, tank and bodywork
Black frame and swingarm
White rims (for that classy look)

Orange is cool.  Blue and yellow.  Scratch I believe I might have your setup after this winter, Ive already got my tank and plastic metalitc blue, I think Im going to have my frame powdercoated black or silver this winter, probley do my wheels either white or the same color as the frame.

Well I belive you have answered your own quesiton there boy... frame should be black, tank and body should be blue and white oe blue and silver like mine, or snappers... page 12 WOF for her bike, or frame is silver and body is blue and white... The 91 body while it is blue and silver also has a bit of magenta to outline the silver. Nice.

hmm....you're making it too complicated, it needs to just be black, all black,

but also, we were thinking about painting the frame on my bike, it doesn't get too hot that i couldn't use normal paint does it?

Matte or "Satin" black....that hooligan look is sweet.

Oh, wait, Suzuki and Yamaha (XJ650 Maxim) have already done that.

Then in that case; take a look at an R1 - black rims, silver frame, blue bodywork...

Just take the colors that you got and switch 'em around; u only got 3 things to paint: rims, frame and bodywork.

blu rims, black frame, silver body. Blue rims, silver frame, black body

Your only limit is that white really only works for the rims. Unless, it's a Buell (white frame, red frame, orange frame, blue rims, charcoal rims...).

i'm thinking of keeping frame silver and rims black...

so the tank is and fenders will be the only thing getting painted...

so how does matte black with chrome decals sounds???

Silver on top and Orange on the bottom looks fantastic.

Then its blue and silver... like the 91 but they also made blue and silver in 02 0r 01 right... pretty nice too.

I agree with black, all black.  That's about as cool as you can get.

However, I don't think I've ever seen a silver GS.  Could be awesome.
