Throttles

I want to install a 1/5 turn throttle on my GS.  I was wondering if anyone knew the specs on cable pull in MM.  I ask because i can buy a Magura fast throttle that i belive is a 1/5 turn, but they list it as a 36mm pull throttle.  I do know of the SV throttle fix but i can get the Magura at cost and its readily avaliable.  Can anyone help me help myself? :dunno:

I have a 1/5 turn throttle on mine. The linkage on the carbs stops before the throttle bottoms out. From the bottom of the thread part of the housing to the top of the barrel is 43mm. Basically there is 43mm of cable exposed with the throttle closed. I hope this helps.

i think i have one of those from suncoast, its all aluminum no switches.  have to look in my parts box.
