here's what I added to my cart from bike bandit

https://www.bikebandit.com/partsbandit/basket.asp

The steeering head bearings are pretty simple.

I'm just wondering if I picked all the right stuff for the fork seals

When I follow that link I get
Your basket is empty.

They must be using cookies that are stored only on your machine.  (Pretty standard stuff for online "shopping baskets".)

What year is your bike again?

It's a 96.

For the fork seals here's the number I chose.

7,6,5,4

I'm just curious as to if that's all I should need to do a seal swap.

Item 4 is a simple metal washer.  You can reuse it.

Item 5 is the all-important part, and PROBABLY the only one you need to replace.

Item 6 is a piece of metal wire bent into a particular shape.  It functions as a retaining clip and it can be reused as well.

Item 7 is just a dust seal which you may or may not need to replace.  Up to you, but if you're OK with the price I'd go ahead and get a pair for either this time around or next....

Thanks Kerry.

For some reason the prices weren't coming up on Mozilla so I swtiched to IE and it worked for me.  I ended up going with your suggestions and just got the seal and dust covers from Ron Ayers.  I also ordered teh upper and lower bearings for the steering stem.  Looks like i may be making a how to sometime this week or next.  Now if I can just figure out how to host them on my web page from home.

Oh by the way., every item I ordered was cheaper through Ron Ayers.
