Janx, I was in "the game".

One time guy calls, makes a booking. I turn up at the address at the set time and am told by someone there, "he moved out already." I tried calling him. Nothing.

Two weeks later I get a call from the same guy. Wants to make a booking - same address as before,  same job details. WTF?

Told him to go annoy someone else. After, I thought, fuk, should have taken the booking and then done a no show myself.

Lol.... Yeah ... Sometimes get phantoms ... One lad who kept making a booking for 'next week' ... Then cancelling last minute.... 3rd time he forgot to block the number he was calling from.... I reversed it on Internet... Gave me a different name ... Checked... A new competitor who thought if I was booked then I wouldn't be able to do jobs and he might get them... So I sent his 'office' an invoice ... For booking fees .... No reply ..... No more hassles either!  :thumb:

We got heaps of work tmw... Just the one that dropped out woulda meant 2nd crew and 2nd truck for arvo.. Ah well..  :thumb:

That's gross slips.  You should always wash your hands.

so what im hearing is.... you had to wash your hands once while at work... presumably cos they were dirty .... extrapolating from that .. you have had dirty hands at work once only... also implying that you've only ever actually done anything workwise... once!!! ..... and you get paid for that!! ..

you lucky lucky bastard!!  ;) :thumb:

She agreed to take timeshare. One less thing in my name.

First the Xterra, now the timeshare. Things are looking up.

Bike's running well after the jetting changes that the dyno run showed me... nice  :thumb:

Really looking forward to the 2nd June run... but the 28 day weather forecast keeps changing from no rain to medium chance of rain... I wish they had a clue what they were talking about...

28 day forecast? Screw that. They cannot even get it right with a few hours forecast, no way they gonna get anything right in a 28 day forecast. #WhyBother

Yeah exactly... last time for the March run they were saying it was great weather... I've never been so constantly wet on a ride in my life!
