I just wanted to say thanks to all the posters here!
I've been lurking here a while gleaning very useful (and sometimes quite funny) info from you guys and gals. The quality of information and generosity is fantastic and rare on most foums out there.
I just sold my car and I'm happy to say the I'll be getting back into riding (after 10 years off) and taking the MSF course next week. I hope to be riding to work on my new GS500F in late July early August. Needless to say I'm thrilled at the idea and happy to know that there's a strong, supportive community I can run to when I drop my new bike ;)
Glad that everyone here has been helpful. We are all here to learn and help. Everyones input, no matter how small, can be a benefit to all.
Good to hear that you are getting back into motorcycling. And a great bike to start again on. Being the F is new, there will be a learning curve for information about it.
