Title: Anyone know...
Post by: Jenerator on June 28, 2004, 06:04:50 AM
How a 1992 GS500 would be sold from a dealer with clip-ons?  The guy I'm buying this bike from is the original owner and he said that it came that way from the dealership.

I know that only the 1989 GS500 came with clip-ons in the *US*, but was that the case with Canada as well?

I have no reason not to believe him (he's a very nice guy and his parents were nice also - the bike was stored in their shed), but I just want to know for sure.

So...anyone know? :)

Thanks!

Yea Canadian bikes had clip on;s to 94 or so... they were those high rise ones... just as bad as the regular bars and you cant swap them out either.
Cool.
