so in the last two weeks I rode 7,000 miles and my ass is sore.
Awesome! Glad you had fun  :thumb:
Are you back "home" again already? I didn't expect to hear from you until tomorrow!
If you care to sit down and type up a list of the major cities along your route, I'd be happy to generate a trip map for you ... for posterity or something.
Oh, I forgot to post that other picture I took of you.

Just kidding - that cartoon is from page 236 of David Hough's Proficient Motorcycling (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1889540536/qid=1088490400/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/104-0061681-9510325?v=glance&s=books).

If you rode 14 days (based on 2 weeks) that is 500 miles per day. Awesome!

Here's your map: http://www.bbburma.net/Temp/DavidImel_CrossCountryTrip.jpg
It's ~520 KB in size, so I put it in my Temp area. I'll leave it there until you tell me to delete it or I feel like I need the space back.
Let me know if anything is inaccurate, or if you would like a smaller version, or whatever....
WOW! :o
I'm impressed!
And to think I am still questioning whether or not a 3 hour trip to PA is 'safe' for me since I am new to my GS.
