Hey, does anyone have or used the Rimstealth reflective tape on their wheels? Has it improved your visibility in your opinion? How does it look while riding?

Does anyone else think it odd that they named a visibility gadget "rimstealth"?
I may help prevent people from backing into your parked bike at night.
I think for street riding, you'd want visibility to oncoming traffic making a left-turn, which is almost head-on; and you'd want visibility from cars entering the roadway, and making a left-turn across your path, which is probably sharper than a 45 degree angle. There's no mention on the website what the maximum reflective angle is. Also, at that angle, the tires themselves may get in the way. It might be better to put retroreflective tape across a curved frontal face, like across the bottom of the fairing.
If you don't like headlight modulators, then lots of retroreflective tape across the front could be a good low-tech alternative.
It's kinda neat, but for $2-5 you can get the Avery automotive reflective tape, in various colors (mostly white or red, 1 & 1/2" by 20"+ or so) and cut your own. See
