Hello All,
Well again my right fork has started to leak oil. I have change the seals twice already. I checked for imperfections on the outer tube innner tube, everyewere. I found natta. Does anyone have any thought on this?
Or does anyone have a right fork they are selling?

Suzuki genuine spares seals? Aftermarket/pattern seals? If the latter, maybe try a different brand? Fitted the right way up? Damage to the seal lips on installation? Fork tubes not truly round?

ok
presuming the fork tube is in good shape and that they are being assembled in the correct manner. One trick I use is to rub fork oil over the entire upper tube, then place a plastic grocery bag over the top of the tube, then slip the new seal over that. Then poke a hole in the plastic at top, and then slide the seal down the leg on the plastic until its near the bottom, then pull the out from under the seal and the seal should be in perfect condition and ready to be seated.
Did this just like you did JamesG exept I used a Zip-Lock. And yes I have tried Dif Brands.I use to always do the forks on my Dirt-Bikes,never had problems like this. And i really don't like paying someone else to do work that i can do,and niether does my wife ( She Really Don't Like that) :guns: Not Knowing where this problem is coming from.
Try putting some automatic transmission sealer in with the fork oil. In certain situations it works like a charm.
Might check play between fork tubes and bushings. Worn slider bushings will cause fork seals to go out in short order. Love the little GS and the forum.

might want to take some 600 grit around the tubes and follow that up with some fine steel wool, just to make sure no Burs are cutting. always follow the circomfrence of the tube, never sand/polish lengthwise.

I kinda had the same prob, in that I replaced the seals just last year with Leak-Proof seals and just replaced them with L&S seals a week ago. Did you cut off the Zip-lock part of the bag?
OK you over fill the legs... had too much air in there trapped... also take the fork legs to a crankshaft polishing place, and have them use an old belt and polish it... and then oil up and try. I pack vaseline between the fork seal and dust cover... Keeps the seals soft especially when sitting.
