Title: how to fix burnt lenses

my lense has a burn mark on it,

how can i clear that baby up

i was told it was  possible

What lens are you talking about? Faceshield?  If so, not much you can do other than replace.  Headlight?  Its glass - take it off and clean it.  Turn signal?  Might polish out - might not - get plastic polish & try.
