:dunno: Man so i call a shop in kitchener called tri-city, and asked if they would be able to add a slip on pipe to my 2204 gs 500. They said ya sure we can do it no problems. So i called back today and they told me they dont want to do it because its too much work. Okay thanks lol this hunt for exhaust is getting frustrating!!

hmm...kitchener? also known as waterloo? i've been there for a business trip back in january. i was stuck in 3 feet of snow
as far as your slip on, don't take it to a bike shop. take it to a muffler shop and get that sucker either welded or bolted on. takes about 30 minutes and its pretty cheap.
Thats pretty crappy of them...
man you got the new 2204 GS? it's it running a fusion reactor yet, and shoot lazers? that'd be sweet!
the only problem with taking it to a muffler shop is that will they tune my carbs so that the bike will run the same?!?!?
b.c i cant find a jet kit for my b ike!!!

if its a slip on, you don't need to get it re-jetted right away. take care of the slip on first then take it to your dealer and get a quote on a re-jet. they usually carry jet kits for bikes they sell.

Jet kit... we dont need no steenking jet kit... They are more trouble than help - just ask Mercdude and caddmonkey...
Anyway your model has a jetting formula the 01+ formula will work on yours too... just do it yourself. And yes on the slip on flipped on at a muffler shop.
Cool.
