Title: taking a hard corner
Post by: GRU on August 24, 2004, 11:45:37 PM
i just got back from a ride with friends....they all have bigger bikes and do stunts but we love to take corners......anyway, we took this loooong right corner and i leaned my GS so far that i scraped something that made sparks fly at the guys behind me.....it was my first time leaning it so much that the right foot peg came up with my foot on it

well my friends couldn't believe how good the GS handles....they are very fast through the corners but i was the fastest tonight

so i can't figure out what i was scraping? i have a different exhaust and there are scrape marks on the pipe but i just can't believe i had it leaned that much
could it be the center stand?
