It always seems to come in streaks.  All I can say is pay attention and be careful out there :thumb:

I kinda agree... there are some really, really crappy drivers out there.  Licensing standards in the US for cars are far too low.

Yep, but it's at least more difficult to get a motorcycle license than an automotive one.  It's ridiculous how easy it is to get an automotive license.  Get an automatic sedan, parallel park it, and you're good to go.

I've found that I drive and ride (even) more cautiously since my last wreck in February. Cage drivers are so insulated they don't have to be as careful as motorcyclists, and they aren't. Now, I consider anyone in a cage that is pulling out or poised to pull out onto the path as being bent on crashing into me. If I don't make eye contact, and even then, if they don't appear to be a sentient being, I'll slow to a crawl and snarl as I pass. Yesterday, three wackballs would have hit me without my new found defensive driving technique, and I was in a midsize car! One pulled halfway into my lane, another almost hit me turning into me in a parking lot. The third just couldn't decide whether to hit me or not. I got the same look from all, the "what's your problem?" face, like it wasn't obvious. Be careful out there, and realize it may not be intentional, but they are out to get you.
