Title: Suzuki Customer Satisfaction Survey....
Post by: SuZuki10 on September 13, 2004, 07:54:58 AM
I just received my survey from Suzuki to let them know what I think of the product.  Before I complete it, I wanted to know if there was anything any of you guys/girls thought I should definitely mention.  Break-in period issues, common problems, anything else you can think of.  Let me know.

Dealer support would be the most common problem.

Rust/corrosion on many of the smaller parts like bolts and such happens quickly. Also on the header pipes.

Factory frame sliders and/or case savers (which arent available from factory any longer I think).

nuts and studs that hold on the oil filter cap strip too easily.

idiot lights/speedo/tach lights burn out too easily and are hard to change.

crap fork springs.

Some of these are issues on the older bikes but speak to the quality of the materials and workmanship, as well as the quality of the overall product.
