5mm dia, .8 pitch I think... and 12mm long should be fine, and I buy allen heads at Home depot/Lowes.

any suggestion on how to get the old ones out?
the heads are stripped..

Left handed drill bit in a drill press set to run in reverse... start with smaa drills and gradually go up...

OK left handed drill bit in a hand drill and hold the crabs with the other hand or set some news paper on the floor and grip between your feet...
