Looks like there mixing up the colors on the F to try to make it look a little sportier. Like it? Yay or nay? I kind of like the 2 tone thing they have going.
If they had this in 04 I probably would have chosen it over the blue.

YUCK! What did they do to the blue one. I really don't like this one. i would have definately taken the black over the blue if I got a 2005. It seems like they're trying to give it really agressive paint schemes but it's just no that agressive of a bike. It does seem like they went a little nuts with the paint schemes on all the bikes for 2005 though. The GSXR 600 comes in red. A suzuki in red!!!?? The solid black is damn sexy though.

Ug!
WTF is Suzuki thinking?!?
Thier entire product line is now on the hidious end of the ugly scale.
I agree. The silver one is OK, nothing to write home about. I don't like the blue one at all.
yuck.
I have never liked Suzuki's tendency to put white lowers on their sport bikes... makes them look top-heavy and awkward.
If only last year's blue GS had a blue tail section... that would have been a beautiful color-scheme. :(
I don't care for the black gray and red, but the blue looks kinda retro cool to me (must be the lighter blue on the white that gives me that impression). I dig the blue one
They've done it on a few of the GSXR's too. Suzuki just updated their site with the 05's.

The black, red, and white works. The blue, baby blue, and white doesn't.
ugly!
I just don't like the fairing period. It could be made more like the aluizio. Much more sporty, like the GIXERS. The paint isn't horrible. I like the white lowers on the 750. that looks sweet.

Edit: Yes, I meant the 04's
I guess you mean the previous gen GSXR, not the latest, hayabusa-ish one which the "F" fairing mimics pretty well...
Maybe it looks better in person. Somehow to me it just makes it look vintage. And removing the fairing leaves the back streak of that pattern on the front of the tank? Not my kind of look overall. That said, it's what's underneath that counts. If the mechanics and ergos are good, I could probably live with ugly.
