ofcourse lots of the old users arent here (or maybe they lurk).
So here is the deal, the old posts referred to #20 for pilots, 62.5 mid main and 132.5 or 137.5 for mains.
I got the jet types off the old threads too.. so here is teh question.. the old threads refer to jetting with a K&N drop in. I want to put in my K&N Lunch Box. I am wondering if I should bump up the mains to 140 range. I probably will keep the stock exhaust for the moment and install the jardine later on.
anyway these are the old threads:

im sure there are other threads.. got to find them.
The stock setup if i remember right was 17.5, 60 and, 127.5.
Do a search under my name- I had posted a few times on the subject.
The 137's may be a bit rich without an exhuast- but that's half the fun of rejetting.
As I recall the biggest change in jetting my 2001 came when I installed the individual K&N filters - should be about the same as the single K&N without the air-box. I ended up at 140 mains leaving the mid-main alone and 137.5 with the mid-main bumped one. Only went tup to 15o when I installed the exhaust -

okay im going to go to SUDCO on friday and pick up the jets for the bike.
2 * #20
2 * #62.5
2 * 137.5
That will go with a K&N Filter Pod / Lunch Box pod with a stock exhaust.
I will get the allen bolts and a couple of #4 plastic washers.
Woot I am looking foward to this.
Kerry.. call me when you get to LA.
