Here is a twist...
The first 5 dont have to pre order... I have material for 5. (Dave O and tdan55*** are also covered... same old deal... ). They will be powdercoated black, and fit an 01 - 04-05 bike... and 2 weld design, and no rods in the welds, and 1/8th wall. I'll do 2 and send it to the 2 guys (tdan and DaveO) and wait for confirmation and make ... again you want it and you are fairly commited.

I am working on the details, but it be $40 if no rod insert, and $45 if I do the rod insert... How long... that depends on how many... more = quicker... but The steps are same... make 1-2 send it, wait for guinea pigs (DaveO and Tdan) to respond... then make more... And It is contingent on the material not being AWOL, and the other stuff that needs doing going berserk... like I think it should... :x
Seriously... the piece I believe I should be busting my ass to make... is the flange, new exhaust cans are selling at $50 and 12 shipping from Dennis Kirk... and so far I have had too few people ask for flanges... That is no brainer #1 IMHO... buy the damn cans even in you dont intend to use right away... and even if you intend to sell the GS and buy a sport bike... new stainless can $62 to your door = unbelieivable...
