does anybody know if these are windproof as well as waterproof? their website doesnt specifically say windproof...

up to what temperature are they comfortable in, assuming shorts underneath?
I've been riding in these for the past two rain-seasons and I think they're pretty good down to 40F with full jeans. I do not suggest shorts and here's why:
