Well, the parts are ordered. Crashed on the left side resulting in: broken mirror stalk; trashed turn signal; bent lower cowl and brackets; bent handlebar and broken seat cowl. OEM parts: $328 plus tax USD. Repair work will start as soon as my body parts are almost healed.
Not quite as expensive as I feared. Of course, if you throw in the cost of a new helmet, it does start to add up!
Ride safe; if not, crash on something soft!

Glad you're relatively ok, hope you heal up quick!
What did you learn from your crash?
Learn? I'm not known for doing the smart thing :o , but, here goes:
1. If you are exhausted from riding; stop and rest.
2. Ride your own pace and stay in your "safe window".
3. Trust the bike; it probably knows more about steering than you do.
4. Don't ever (I mean never) sneak a look at the object (e.g., stone wall) you wish to avoid. If you don't "fix" on it, you might just reflexively grab the front brake. Pain suffering and expense are sure to follow.
On the bright side, I probably will ride better after this. And, I do get to buy new gear. Thanks for the kind thought.
