Title: Tire Cleaning
Post by: Triton on November 26, 2004, 02:16:54 PM
Does anyone know why Armor All says not to use their "Tire Foam" cleaner on cycle tires?  Would it have to do with residue left on the tire that could affect traction?

Yeah dont put it on the tread, only the sidewalls...

I made the mistake myself and did a sweet burnout when i pulled out my drive way, luckily i didnt fall or any thing, but it gets damn slippery!!!!

i wouldn't even do the sidewalls

had a friend put that on his shifter kart and he spent his first couple of laps sliding all over the track
