For the first time in close to 8 years I am completely GSless.
Sold my last GS500 and parts collection to Dgyver the other day. And now I know how parents feel when their kids move out of the house.
:(
When I get back from Iraq, I think I will need to get another one just to keep as a pet.
But you still have the MB and a project dirt bike.
do you want everyone to send you bike pics so you feel better? :)
I'll donate a stock airbox to the "keep JamesG thinking of GS's" fund!
Keep your head down over there man. Come back safe and thanks for serving.

good luck james and i hope you find a GS when you get back
now i know how you guys feel about the GS...i've had it for a while but i ride with "big guys" and they kill me in the straights so i'll probobly buy a 600 new season but a couple of days ago i was working on my GS and had most of te parts off the bike....then i realized how much i like working on the little bike that's not complicated at all.....amazing little bike and i would love to keep it but i can't afford 2
At the rate I am going.....it may take a me a year or so to finish another track bike or two....and one of them will have the 547 in it.
if you don't want to borrow one of dgyver's bikes you are more than welcome to borrow one of my racebikes....after you get back from .... HELL
