Joe Rocket stuff is cut larger than most. Check out //www.NewEnough.com as they are great with sizing & price.

Icon is more expensive but they usually have some good prices, try and find a motorcycle show in the area (I just got my leathers for a sweet deal.)

The Tour Master Cortech Coaster Air Jacket goes up to a chest size 50 and is set for the "average build"   I bought the magnum air which is more of a sport fit, which I am definetely not.  So i measured the size that would accomodate my gut size and it worked out well.  (Then again my chest size was only one size bigger when belly taken into account)

good luck!

I can attest to the Joe Rocket stuff being cut large.  I have some pants that I bought used that are size small and they fit over a pair of jeans and a belt comfortably....I'm 5'11" and 185 lbs.

The biggest I see for Joe Rocket is a 42. Being a 46 normally im cautious of paying 300 for a pair that doesnt fit.

chbix,

I'm a big fella myself, 5'9" and 310 lbs.  I recently bought an armored textile jacket from newenough.com.  It's made by Powertrip...good quality, they have sizes up to 5XL and unlike Joe Rocket they actually fit us big guys.  I have a 50" waist and really like my 5XL jacket.  I probably could have gone with the 4XL as its very roomy.  I haven't tried any of their leathers, but Powertrip has those up to 5XL as well.  Hope this helps.  8)
