nice bike.
Man! I love it! I want one so bad but it won't happen till next year.
Sweet bike...I love the color. :thumb:
Nice bike! :thumb:
That picture is at Angels Gate Park isnt it (Korean or Japanese temple I think)? In San Pedro, I used to live near there. You would have taken the twistier parts of PV to get there too...mmm.
congrats on the sv, you're gonna love her no doubt. v-twin= ummmmm
Very sweet bike. You should buy the color matched lower fairing for it too well that's what I want to do when I get one... some day. If you don't all ready go there www.svrider.com is a pretty sweet site.
Very nice bike, :thumb: that is definately the next bike I will buy hopefully within the next year.
Very sexy!!! Now if it was black on black, with 350 more CC's you would have what I want!!!!

Yupper :) Angel's Gate Park, Korean Friendship Bell.
However, due to the fact that I just got the bike and am still breaking it in, I took the more boring route down Western then across to Gaffey on 25th St.
Once I get a few more miles on 'er (and the convertibars), then I'll hit the twisties to get up there
I am glad they started painting that fugly frame black to hide it.
True... I do like the Gen 1 frame a bit better, but the Gen 1 fairing made the older SVS' look very nose heavy.
I think the newer fairing in much more proportional to the rest of the bike... and it does a decent job of hiding that damn radiator (Now I just have to paint those radiator endcaps black.
Sweet ride. Almost looks as good as my '05 blue SVS :)
What type of saddlebags are those and how do they attach? I see were one cord/bungee goes.

Cortech by Tour Master...
They just sit across the rear seat and have 4 clip/straps that hold them to the bike. Takes me less than 5 minutes to install/remove them.

Nice bike!
Word to GS foks, I just picked up the same bags off Craigslist. They are nice but I have a problem getting them high enough to clear the stock pipe on the GS. I think the GS seat is just too skinny.

What year is your bike? I can't speak for the '01+ bikes, but check Photo #7 on my recent
Installing Tourmaster Cortech Saddlebags... page. I took these bags on my longest trip ever (3,800 miles). :dunno:
Kerry,
Thanks for the info. My straps are slightly different despite the identical looking bags, perhaps from different years. Rather than totally threadjacking I will pm you a photo when I get home.
mMm...bike looks goooood...hopefully next year i'll be getting one of those...

I am wondering. . . What would payments be on a bike like that. I've never talked to a lender about financing a motorcycle. Just curious.
