Post by: Frost on February 03, 2005, 09:28:31 AM
what's the difference?
and what does it mean to "one up" on main jet?

if anyone can help...i'm really confused...

I have 01+ carbs, K&N airbox filter, Wileyco

here's what i found:
pilot 20
midmains 62.5
main 137.5 or 142

what's the best setting?

stage 1 would be stock engine using the stock airbox, an aftermarket air filter and stock pipe...

stage 3 would be stock or mildly tuned engine high flow air filter and an aftermarket pipe.

stage 2 is pretty much the same as stage 3...just difference in degree of modding.
