I know because I saw him buying it. He was picking up a Hayabusa 1300 to replace the one he wrecked apparently.
I drove up to the shop to get my bike back and i saw all these photographers. I thought they were taking pictures of some new bike maybe just being unveiled or something. So i just walked into the service shop and stood next to this guy wearing a celtics sweatshirt . I looked over and the guy looked familiar, so I looked away and told the service manager i was there to pick up my bike. Then I was like, Hey, that's Ben affleck.
He got his bike and got suited up in the back, came out and did the obligatory burnout on the sidewalk. I felt for the guy because he was just trying to buy a bike and all and all these people were hassling him and stuff. But as he was leaving he almost dropped the bike in a left hand turn. Priceless.
Jeff, you better do a quick edit and capitalize his last name. Show proper respect :P
And I just missed him...and feel a little empty inside :(

I see no reason to believe its a fake, other than the added text. I'm somewhat of a photoshop guy myself.
He is sitting back farther b/c of the brat on his gas tank. So he is reaching farther forward and his jacket is riding up. I think it is legit. For what that is worth.
